remote location street noise
the breakfast was adequate and met my basic expectations.
the location was more remote than i thought. accessing public transportation proved difficult and there were very few sidewalks. the room lacked proper soundproofing and street noise was a constant disturbance at night.

friendly hosts delicious breakfast faulty radiator squeaky bed frame
karen and geoff were super friendly they made me feel at home instantly breakfast was a highlight i loved the yoghurt and granola every morning
the bathroom radiator was not working i was not told this upon arrival the shower had only one eco setting it was hard to warm up after being out the bed frame was really squeaky

The breakfast included a daily fruit juice. it also had yogurt with fruit and nuts. i chose from various dishes for breakfast. The haggis was tasty. the room had a large sofa.

friendly hosts tasty options peaceful vibe
the hosts were SO friendly and helpful. i had a great breakfast each morning with tasty options. the room had everything i needed, including storage for my luggage. i really liked the peaceful vibe throughout the place.
The shower pressure was weak. I wish IT had been stronger.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
cute host great location delicious food
Karen and Geoff are the ultimate hosts I felt so welcome! The location is great with easy access to the city via a short bus ride I loved not driving. The breakfast conservatory sparkled and the delicious food was clearly made with care and attention. They provided helpful information on local transport options!
The bathroom radiator did not work and I only discovered it after check-in I could have used a heads-up.

The hosts arranged taxis and shared bus information I found this so useful. Their attentiveness and genuine kindness added a personal touch to my experience. I was provided with everything needed.

The entrance hall features a spa-like aroma I was instantly relaxed. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available so convenient. My room had ample storage including a large double bed and a dressing table.

The breakfast options included special requests like oat milk and vegan choices I was pleased. The breakfast room itself is fine. Fresh ingredients made everything taste superb I enjoyed the haggis.
